The site has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no visitor tracking or advertising networks. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third-party servers.

The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data on each visit, such as the IP address and the type of browser, to deliver the page and to protect it from abuse.

When you call or write to us

When you call us, message us on Viber or send us an email, we receive your phone number or email address and what you write to us, such as the address where the container should go. We use this only to reply, to arrange and carry out the service and to issue an invoice. We do not sell it or pass it on, except where the law requires it.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract, and for invoices a legal obligation (Article 12 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).

Messages on Viber are carried by that app, under the privacy rules of Rakuten Viber.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry details for as long as the service needs them, and invoices and other accounting records for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure and the restriction of processing, and you may object. Write to us at tenentransport@gmail.com.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
